.... an inspiration of Pacific Northwest Cuisine, French tastes and styles, and a few sprinklings of global cooking I've learned from my travels and previous chefs I've worked with. Every meal aims to highlight the ever changing season's bounty with locally sourced ingredients, including some from my own little farm.
As a trained painter and designer, and lover of good food, gardening and bringing people together; I view every meal as an opportunity to share what I create and do with those around me. To bring people together; with food, good conversation and an overall experience of the season we are currently in. I aim to not only use food, but flowers, light, and handmade linens to create an atmosphere where I hope each guest feels cherished and thoroughly enjoys their meal.
