Here is our Winter Inspired Menu, almost all of them can be made gluten free and in different sizes. From a large 10” (serves 12) to mini cakes (serves 4) and other sizing for pastries is available too. Pricing available upon request. Winter Citrus - a delicate Cardamom and Vanilla Bean Chiffon Cake with Meyer Lemon Curd filling and a Champagne French Buttercream
Hazelnut Cake - a naturally gluten free cake made of pureed Oregon Hazlenuts with a Honey and Browned Butter Mascarpone Cream
Foraged Mushroom Tart - a variety of local mushrooms, frizzled leeks and soft chevre baked on top of a flaky pastry crust
Caramelized Onion Galettes - Local Onions caramelized with smoked bacon and reduced to a jam in a flaky pastry crust
Earl Grey Scones - Bergamot, Vanilla and Black Tea infused Scones served with an Almond Cream and roasted slivered Almonds
Cardamom Star - a traditional Swedish Cardamom Bread braided into a beautiful winter star
French Macarons - An array of both our seasonal selection of Macarons. This winter it’s White Chocolate with Grapefruit and Pink Peppermint with Ganache
Profiteroles - (pictured) Delicate Choux Pastry filled with Espresso and Hazelnut Mascarpone Cream topped with 72% Dark Chocolate
